Last week has been hell for me and didn’t have time to blog all week.

I had about 20 con call with everyone at work since I split off my work with everyone. I got some new plans for the future and hoping it works out with the wifey and the kids.

Ill give you a few tease of our weekend / Calvin’s Bachelor party and will post more later this week since I’m so tired and sore from all the shit we’ve done this weekend. And to top it off, Mark hook me up with a new gig with some designing stuff that I can’t really say but its a good start! Thanks Mark!

Jay and I went down to Socal to attend the Industry Showcase II and did a few stop on the way to pick up some parts on his new ’secret’ project.

I have tons of fotos of the event and seems like the blog has been photoblog ish so instead of having tons of fotos posted and talk about each one, Ill try to pick the good ones and the rest will just go to the slide.com.

Jay got hook up for a free hotel the Renaissance and we met up with Mark Fatlace and John P there. It was also in the front of the ISII party so no need to fucking drive.

It’s not an LA trip without stopping at Gyu-Kaku for some dinner. This is what sets off the night, having a good dinner.

Fuck standing in line, Tobin and Jay from Schikane hook us up and walk us in front of the line. Right when I got in the Bowls LA x SGV crew bought me a few drinks, then Kent from Endless USA got me another one and then Tohru came up and got me another drink. Within 10 minutes walking in already 3 shots of patron and 3 corona’s but the debauchery didn’t stop there…

Well you suck” but its ok… He’s still knows who I am and I was impress with his english. Prolly better than mine.

I wanted to get back to our room to sleep since we had to leave at 4am back to the bay for Jordan’s T Ball game. Jay and Justin said that they tried to wake me up for an hour and I was half dead. I would of done an elbow drop if some fucker didn’t want to wake up.

I got in the truck at 6am and slept then all of a sudden Jay stop in the middle of nowhere. Turns out that we were halfway already and it was only 8AM! Motherfucker must have been going 100+. We got back to the bay within 4 hours…

Thanks to everyone for making another debauchery night. It was cool seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

I visited a friend’s new shop in LA, well it’s not even in LA it’s in SGV area but anywhere in Socal is ‘LA’ to me.

But before hitting up B.’s shop Stephen and I wanted some soul food.

I’ve known B. for a few years but we only see each other on drift events. He owns one of the dopest AE86 here in the US. The funny thing is I was trolling on TR and I saw his name lurking and I hit him up see what the fuck is he doing on that forum. Turns out that nigga got a Ruckus also and open up a new boutique in LA called Bowls LA. The power of the internet!

I come up to his shop and I see two Ruckus and if you pay attention what’s on the background thats a 1986 Redline!

I dig the place, the small details they did to the shop is just dope!

Since he was just chillen, he took us for a ride around his hood and went to this spot called Rosebowl. Shit was dope, high speed, dope turns, and great scenery!

When we came back, B. hook us up with some gear and ruckus parts. I mean take a look at this bag, that’s super dope. Like I said, the small details they did to their shop is just dope!

Yes they have almost everything you need here… Skateboard? got it. Toys? got it. Ruckus parts? got it. Dope streetwears? Got em all!

As much as I hate driving 12 hours going to LA, I’m heading back again this weekend for the Industry Showcase. Check it out if you are in the area.

Visited LA this weekend. Let me rephrase that, I visited Socal but anywhere in Socal to me is ‘LA Area’. Main reason I visited LA is to holler at some of my boys of the shit that I’m doing this summer. You just have to wait I guess, is it summer yet?

Ill try to make this short since I’m dead tired and stressed.

Stephen bought a Ruckus in LA and had to be pick up so I brought mine also that we can go riding durrty in the south!

Our first stop was NOPI Drift event in Carson and Jay Pizo didn’t have any pit crew so I decided to help him out.

Mark Fatlace was the first one to do this on his hood but now peeps be following the trend. No wonder he’s also known as the ‘Trend Setter’ and now Lance Feliciano has it on his shit and it looks sick!

Jay did awesome in practice and I’ve been doing drift events with this guy and I’ve never seen him drive like this weekend. He was still a bit shaky and went too fast and the rear went out a bit and tried to correct and ended up hitting the water barrier. It was no biggie just a bumper/fender bender thing. I had to Ziptie his bumper together that it’ll still look good.

Overall Jay and Stew qualified and went on the next day but Jay had to leave Sunday right away for work shit so it was perfect since I had to leave right away also.
