fuck i wish a copied and saved what i wrote to FTD when i ordered flowers from them and i recieved shit. let me try to think of what i wrote.

“hello, i have just recieved my flowers and they look nothing like shown in the picture. upon opening the package the pedals from the roses began to fall off.   the roses are small, flimsy, and frail.  they are not full of life like shown in the picture online. also there are more leaves than there is flowers, this thing looks like a freaking forest rather than a vase full of flowers. I am not satisfied with my order, it looks nothing like pictured or described online. If i knew that ftd had such horrible flowers i would have placed my order elsewhere.”

Ok ok…not as vibrant as the orignal email, but shit…i wrote it on the 20th, today is august 1st.

so then after they sent me an applogy letter asking if i want a new bouquet or a refund, i ask for a refund. did i get it? no…so i go off to send them another email cussing them out about how they cannot do their fucking job blah blah blah…anyway, i don’t remember what i wrote, but it was not nice.
